Fred S. London has been a practicing attorney since 1964. He was an Administrative Law Judge for the Maryland Department of Health & Mental Hygiene from 1973 to 1986. During this time, he heard primarily the majority of the Medicaid appeals in the State of Maryland. Since leaving his position as an Administrative Law Judge, he has dedicated his practice solely to the field of Medicaid eligibility and Social Security Disability/SSI benefits.
