Fred S. London has been a practicing attorney since 1964. He was an Administrative Law Judge for the Maryland Department of Health & Mental Hygiene from 1973 to 1986. During this time, he heard primarily the majority of the Medicaid appeals in the State of Maryland. Since leaving his position as an Administrative Law Judge, he has dedicated his practice solely to the field of Medicaid eligibility and Social Security Disability/SSI benefits. He handles public entitlement matters from the initial stage to Administrative Hearings.
Scott S. London has been a practicing attorney with The Law Office of Fred S. London P.C. since 1996. His practice areas include Medicaid eligibility, Social Security Disability and SSI entitlement. He is also a long-time member of NOSSCR (National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives). Scott is currently the Legislative Liaison to Maryland AAHAM (American Association of Health Care Administrative Management-Maryland Chapter). He is also a current Board Member of Levindale Nursing Home which is part of Lifebridge Health. Scott previously served as the Treasurer for the District 11 Democratic Team Slate and as a board member for Hillel at the University of Maryland College Park. In 1993, Scott graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland College Park. He graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1996.
Jaclyn M. Fewster has been a practicing attorney with The Law Office of Fred S. London P.C. since 2004 and, prior to that, worked as a law clerk for 2 years for this same firm. Her practice areas include Medicaid eligibility. In 2001, she graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. degree in Political Science and a minor in Mathematics from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. She graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2004.
Paul M. Mackaro has been a practicing attorney since 2009. He is a graduate of Villa Julie College, B.S., 2003 and Barry University School of Law, J.D., 2008. He joined the practice of Fred S. London in 2008. His practice areas include Social Security Disability and SSI entitlement.
Ria Brown received her Juris Doctor degree from University of Baltimore School of Law in 1989. In 1985, she received her Bachelor of Arts from the College of William and Mary, where she was inducted into Pi Sigma Alpha, an honor society for Government majors. She is licensed to practice law in Maryland and Pennsylvania (inactive). She has 18 years legal experience, and has handled health, social security, civil rights and poverty law cases. She enjoys writing, photography, art, and urban cycling.
Emmett B. Irwin has been a practicing attorney since 2012, when he joined The Law Office of Fred S. London P.C. His practice areas include Medicaid eligibility and appeals. He has worked in Medicaid eligibility since graduating from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2008. Prior to graduation, he was the law clerk for the Hon. Dana M. Levitz, Chief Judge of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County from 2007-2008. In 1999, he graduated with a B.A. degree in Psychology from Castleton State College in Vermont, where he played four years of NAIA Division II basketball.
Heather R. Holgate has been a practicing attorney with the Law Office of Fred S. London, P.C. since 2013. She graduated from Rutgers University in 2009 with a B.A. in History and a double minor in Classical Studies and Religion. In 2012, she graduated from the Duquesne University School of Law. Her practice areas include Medicaid eligibility and Veterans Benefits. She is licensed to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia and before the Board of Veterans Appeals.
Jonathan Kopin has been practicing law since graduating from the George Washington University National law Center with honors in 1995. He has represented clients in the areas of Social Security, Disability, SSI, Workers' Compensation, and Personal Injury. He is licensed to practice in Maryland, in Florida, in Federal Court and before the United States Supreme Court. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 1990 with a double major in Economics and Communications. For several years, Jonathan served as a baseball coach and Assistant Baseball Commissioner for the Crofton Athletic Counsel.
Ellie Saadat has been practicing law since graduating from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2008. She received her B.A. in political science from University of Michigan in 2005. Ellie is licensed to practice in California and the District of Columbia. Since 2008, she has practiced law in the areas of Social Security Disability, Personal Injury, Family Law and Immigration.
Jason H.L. Nguyen joined the Law Office of Fred S. London, P.C. in 2014. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland at College Park in 2009 and his Juris Doctor at Baltimore in 2013. He is admitted to the Maryland Bar and his practice areas include Social Security Disability and SSI entitlement.
I joined the Law Office of Fred S. London, P.C. in May 2014. Prior to that, I had over 15 years of experience with the Social Security Disability program as a representative and manager for a private firm based in Illinois. In 2013, I qualified as an SSA-certified EDPNA. I have represented claimants at hearings throughout the U.S. since 1999. In 1985, I graduated with honors from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, with a B.S. in Business and Economics and a year of study in Vienna, Austria. I earned a fellowship to the Thunderbird School of Global Management, where I received an M.B.A. in 1989. I have run several marathons including Boston, New York and Pike's Peak.
